Rufino's Retreat

Rufino's Retreat is a three bedroomed unit in the grounds of a private house. It has three double bedrooms each with its own bathroom. There is a large open plan kitchen/dining/lounge/laundry area. The unit is immaculate inside with all mod cons. The unit is immaculately presented and fully self-contained, tiled throughout with a large living area. There is a fully equipped full size kitchen with gas hot plates and electric oven together with microwave. The three bedrooms are all fitted with queen size double beds, built-in wardrobes and a small desk. Each room has its own independent en suite and floor to ceiling built-in wardrobe. There is a three bay under cover car parks in close proximity to the apartment that allows for off street parking. There is also parking large enough to cater for camper vans/caravans. The unit is served by an electric security gate. Guests will be greeted on arrival. If guests have any queries regarding the apartment or surrounds then the host will be on site to accommodate them. The apartment is situated approximately four kilometres from Townsville City Centre and Strand and approximately two kilometres to the local shopping centre (Stockland). There is a public swimming pool and parklands approximately 300 metres away. The library is a stone's throw away. The bus network leaves every 20 minutes from the front of the apartment. Bus routes lead to shopping centres and City Centre. Minimum 2 night stay
