This newly renovated house with glorious views and easy-access parking is on the quiet and sunny south side of Cordes-Sur-Ciel. It is brand new to the rental market in 2019. In addition to the three bedrooms, there is a spacious lounge, a beautiful kitchen diner and a stylish bathroom with walk-in shower plus a separate WC. The garden is terraced, offering wonderful views over the valley below. All amenities are within walking distance too. The living area is all on one level but there are stairs up to the front door. There is a totally separate ground floor one bed apartment that can also be rented at the same time if required – ideal for friends / parents. You can add the apartment for an additional 50€ per night. (The apartment will not be rented when there are separate guests above, although the owner may reside in the apartment below from time to time. We will advise of this at the time of your booking). All bed linen and towels are provided,. There is a washing machine and dishwasher as well as a large fridge freezer for your use. The kitchen is well equipped, and if you need anything during your stay that is not there please just ask as I am sure we will be able to help. Main house, gardens above and below the property, off road car parking area. The separate ground floor apartment can also be made available on request for an additional fee. Cordes Sur Ciel is a beautiful medieval bastide town, and was voted 'Village Preferais' in 2014. It has everything you need, and views that are exceptional. A selection of restaurants, shops, banks, bakers, a butcher etc. It is within easy reach of places like Albi with its 12th Century Cathederal, Gaillac for its vineyards as well as St Antonin Nobel Val and Najac. All amenities are within walking distance of the property. However Cordes is very hilly so you will need to bear that in mind. There is a good bus service from Cordes too, or you can get a train into places like Tolouse from the nearby station (5km) at Cordes-Vindrac. There is car parking at the property and a car will enable easy access to the surrounding Tarn and Aveyron countryside.
