Beautiful modern apartment located in Malbuisson, in Franche-Comté , available for your holidays or just for a weekend. The apartment is 76 m2 at the 4th floor of the building with elevator. The balcony is facing south-west and enjoys a beautiful view on the Saint-Point Lake. The apartment is very well equipped, it has an open kitchen with the living room, two bedrooms with double bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower. The sofa in the living room can be unfolded to accommodate two children. You can park your car in front of the building, the outdoor parking is free for everyone. If you wish, I rent a garage for 1 car in extra cash the day of arrival 7 euros per day / 25 Euros a week. Malbuisson is a small village of 500 people, 980m above sea level at the bottom of Lake Saint-Point Lake Saint Point is the 3rd biggest natural lake in France, it is an old glacial lake of 400 ha. This is a very protected lake on which traffic of motorboats is not allowed, but a multitude of water activities are proposed: Rowing, Canoeing, Sailing, Catamaran, windsurfing and of course swimming. An ideal place to enjoy the peace and nature. Malbuisson is located 8km from the ski resort of Metabief and 20 km from Switzerland. Winter several family ski stations are nearby for downhill skiing, cross country skiing and snowshoeing on the Jura. In summer, many hiking around (footpath around the lake). Also enjoy mountain biking and mountain bike downhill runs at Metabief. Do not miss the visit of the Joux Castle, the ripening cellars, distilleries of Pontarlier. The village has all amenities (bakery, supermarket , Grésard grocery, cheese grocery, various restaurants, tourist office, post office). A new generation of aquatic complex opened February 19, 2016 in Malbuisson. The new complex comes in two complementary areas with: A pool area with 2 swimming lanes 25 meters, games for lagoon toddlers and a racer 15 meters with 3 lanes.
