Big sink, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, 3 TVs, one with DVD player and possibility Pay TV connection (decoder led by Opit). It has 2 parking spaces in a private pitch. A garden, with a valley view, and a 1000sqm large equipped lawn fenced for the exclusive use of guests, equipped with deckchairs, table, chairs and swings for children. This space has a spectacular panoramic view of the valley, Guardia (the painted village) and Castle Beseno (the largest in Trentino). Free access in any environment, respecting the limitation to take advantage of the furniture parts in which it is indicated PRIVATE. We will not be personally available because we not live on site, but at the place there will be our trustworthy person, who lives next door, for future reference and check in and check out. The town of Folgaria, 5 km away, offers supermarkets, bars, restaurants, places of worship and much more. Walking in "Passo Coe" (artificial lake), in summer you can sunbathe.
