Pets are welcome to stay in the house, for the comfort of future guests we DO NOT allow pets in the guest bedroom. Read our reviews The loft room is large, private and peaceful for a perfect rest with a newly refurbished shower and toilet en suite. Dogs not permitted in this space...Sorry We also have another large double bedroom available if you are travelling with another couple or family member. We trust you with a key so please come and go as you wish. Off road safe car parking. Leave your car whilst you go on holiday by arrangement. Secure storage for bikes. Guests are free to chill with us in the living room or retreat to their bedroom. We're happy either way! You can use any facilities in the house and garden. Feel free to use the fridge/freezer, cooker and washing machine: for yourself of course, we don't expect you to use those for us! ;) All we ask is that you keep things clean, and tidy up after yourself. Check in is normally from 4pm or earlier by arrangement. It would be very helpful to us if you can advise us as to your Estimated Time of Arrival. We would hate to be out at the very moment you arrive. Checkout is 10am. We are available all day to host our guests should you need anything. Situated close to the centre of Poynton Village/Town with easy access to a number of pubs and restaurants to chose from. There is also great shopping with several good supermarkets and coffee shops. If you are into cycling / walking/ hiking we are situated in the ideal location. Middlewood way and the canal are within easy reach. Derbyshire hills to the left ~ Cheshire plains to the right. Lots of interesting Historic places to visit. Close to major wedding venues. Manchester Airport is 18 mins away and access to Manchester City Centre 20 mins by train. Local attractions; Lyme Park, Chatsworth Hall, Bramhall Hall. We are happy to include a breakfast of cereals, toast & jam/marmalade, fresh fruit, tea and coffee.
