Apartment on the beach is an apartment on second floor, with an amazing view of the sunset on the Aegean sea. It has 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Quite big, 70m2, to cover all your needs, just 300 meters from the centre of the village. You can call or e-mail me anytime of the day to ask anything you want! I’m always there when needed. There are a lot of beaches near the apartment and the village. There is a small, almost private beach, in front of our house! The distanse from the central beach is less than 300 metres(5min by foot). Nea Skioni has a lot to offer. First of all it has one of the biggest fishing ports. There you will taste delicious fresh fish which can be bought the fishermen. There is also a huge paved square where a lot of cafes, taverns and pizzerias are gathered. There is also the big sandy central beach where someone can find deck chairs and umbrellas. So you can sunbathe enjoying your coffee or a cold drink. You can even taste the traditional greek ouzo with seafood at the taverns and snack bars which are located near the beach. Of course there are quite many bars where you can spend your evening accompanied with summer cocktails. Last but not least it s worth visiting the well-known thermal baths in Agia Paraskevi which is 6klms away from the village. The settlement Loutra was named after the curative springs. It is a huge hydrotherapy centre with mixed pools and individual tubs. The facilities have also sauna, Turkish bath, douches and jacuzzi. All these make an inspiring combination and a unique atmosphere! •Cleaning lady comes every three days! • There is free WiFi
