Charity Cottage is in the countryside, very secluded with only 1 property within a quarter of a mile. It is just 15 miles from Bath, 5 miles from Frome and 2 miles from Mells. It is also just 400 metres, down a path, from Babington House. Shops are two miles away, as are three or four excellent country pubs. Most visitors use a car. The nearest bus stop is a mile away and the nearest train station, Frome, is 5 miles. It is possible to come by bicycle, or take a taxi from Frome, and use the bicycles provided. It is a lovely secluded spot, with only one other building within a quarter mile, while having easy access to local pubs and to popular spots like Bath, Frome, Wells and Glastonbury. (Though be aware the one other building is next door, so we ask you not to play music outdoors, especially at night, or hold any sort of party.)
