The house is in a very quiet area . It is Close to a bus station and to supermarkets. There is a lovely decked sitting area in the back yard. On the upper floor: 1 En-suite bedroom with balcony overlooking the yard. 2 Bedrooms with bathroom nearby. On the bottom floor: kitchen, guest bathroom, kitchen, large living room and dining area. *There is one room on the bottom floor that is locked off, not included in the room count displayed above. It's a quiet neighbourhood of semi-detached cottages. Right at the edge of Rehovot, short walk to nearby fields and orchards where one can have a stroll. Off street parking space for 2 cars. You can also park in the street and that's usually easy and no problem.
