My new build and luxurious 2 bedroom appartment is in Laim, a well known neighbourhood with perfect public transportation to the center (15 minutes). 2 bath, 2 beds. The appartment has a huge and open living room with a big dining table, a kitchen with a bar and wine fridge, and a direct access to a terrace with a lounge bed and a shower. The terrace is absolutely quiet. Top floor (3rd) with elevator in front of appartment door. Bedroom with kingsize bed and huge Master- bathroom with bathtub and rainshower, and an extra small bathroom with second shower and second toilet. There is a supermarkt next door, and lots of bakeries, pharmacies and restaurant near by. It´s a quiet and safe neighbourhood. The S-Train (10 minutes walking disctance) takes you directly to the aiport , the lakes near munich and the alps, or to the city center, the Tram and Underground (5min walking) take you to the center, and the parks in the city and Marienplatz, the main square.
