Near the airport of island (10 kilometers from the Parikia, in south-western Paros) is found a quiet coastal village, Aliki. Suitable mainly for family vacations, with spotless sandy beach, playground, ground of football, basket and volley, Aliki has a splendid and clean beach, protected from the wind. There are many shops and taverns by the sea where fresh fish is served. Local bus stop is located at three minutes walk from the property and buses travel around the island. The development is located within walking distance of the amenities of Aliki and is set at a small quiet residential road. The property comprises of one double master bedroom, an open plan kitchen/reception room and a bathroom. Two beds could fit to the large reception room in order for the flat to totally accommodate 4 people. The flat is available furnished and has access to a big shared terrace. A large kitchen with oven, kitchen stoves and fridge, plenty of storage space, TV and air condition are provided. Price is calculated depending on the nights you are going to stay. Our house is located at the ground floor of the listing so we are always around in case the guests need something. The first day, we usually welcome our guests, show them around and talk a little bit about the island and the village. We clean the room every day and change clean sheets and towels every three days. We also spend time with our customers, discussing and sometimes eating/drinking all together at the main terrace. The listing is located at the centre of Aliki so everything is at a walking distance. Our customers are pleased that they do not have to drive or walk long distances to go to the super market, butcher's, pharmacists, nearest beaches or taverns and restaurants. The closest parking space is 3mins walk. There are also tennis, basketball and football courts at 8mins walk distance! The kite surfing club is located at Punta, a village which is 10mins drive from Aliki. Usually people prefer to stay in Aliki and drive to Punta because of the much more amenities in our village. Most of our customers do kite surfing and they are pleased with commuting and the lifestyle of our place. Paros is quite a small island with smooth roads. There is a central road that circles the island. In order to drive the island all around someone needs 1.5hour. There are buses that travel all around the island. The bus passes every two hours from Aliki to Parikia. Current cost of the bus ticket is 1.6 euros/person. There are also taxis which are more expensive.
