Newly Renovated Loft with Garden + Mountain Views

Enjoy this sun-filled loft in a quintessential Austrian Alpine village. Our newly renovated loft is located in a more than 200 year old house in a quiet location with a beautiful garden in the middle of the town center and a fantastic view of the Kalkalpen National Park. It has high-quality wooden floors, new solid wood furniture, new, fully equipped kitchen, new tiled stove, French balconies and a large frame window with beautiful views as well as a queen-size pull-out couch and a bathroom. Our newly renovated kitchen has an induction stove, dishwasher, large refrigerator/freezer, and is fully stocked for your cooking enjoyment. The queen size pull-out couch is very comfortable. Linens and towels are provided. The loft is on the south-end of the upper level. My parents and friends live in the village and can help at any time. Otherwise I am best reachable via (Hidden by Airbnb) (mostly with + 6h time difference). The location is ideal, situated just steps away from the village center (farmers market, excellent restaurant, and local brewery, small grocery, church, local movie theater) and easy access to the surrounding attractions including hiking, biking, swimming, skiing, tennis, mountain climbing, fishing, canoe paddling etc. You may park your vehicle in the driveway to the left of the house. We have left information about all the local attractions in the home. The train station is 15 min walking from the house. The loft is located on the southside of the second floor. During your stay no other parts of the house will be occupied.
