Whether it's coming for a day by the sea, a celebration dinner at the Lympstone Manor hotel, a parade at the Commando camp, or a visit to the National Trust's A la Ronde, our bungalow is in easy reach of them all. Your double bedroom has tea & coffee making facilities with a private bathroom directly opposite, having a bath and separate walk in shower. A continental breakfast will be served in the adjoining room overlooking the garden. We have off road parking, cycle storage & local bus services Our bungalow has stunning views of the sea and river Exe, with easy access by footpath down to the river Exe cycle trail. Out of our gate you can just walk a few metres directly to the National Trust house of A la Ronde, which is open every day of the week from February until the end of October. Your room and private bathroom are on the ground floor, with 3 steps from the driveway into the house. Tea & coffee making facilities are available in it. A 3rd guest could have use of a single bed in the adjoining room. A continental breakfast of cereal, toast, croissants, fruit & yoghurt will be served overlooking the garden. You can park on the driveway and can leave bicycles in our garage. There are stunning beaches with miles of the South West coast path to explore. Exmouth has easy transport links to Exeter, either by train or bus and is just a half an hour's ride away. Guests can use the adjoining room where breakfast is served and the table can be used to work on. There is a sunny patio at the front of the property from where you can enjoy views of the sea to Berry Head and the river Exe and the rear garden has sun all day long . My husband and I have both had our 2 Covid injections. We have lots of information available about local attractions and eating places and are very willing to give suggestions. This area of Exmouth is very quiet but with easy access to all the local attractions. There is a local bus at the end of our road which will take you to the town centre, beach and station in just 10 minutes. The bus to Exeter is just over 5mins walk away as is the new cycle path giving easy access to the National Cycle route to Exeter and beyond. An additional single bed is available in the adjoining room at a fee and lifts from the station can be arranged all by prior arrangement.
