Perranuthnoe Home with a view

Paith Pool is a 2 bed bungalow based in the coastal village of Perranuthnoe, overlooking the majestic Mount's Bay. A 15 minute walk from the sandy beach, a gastro pub and cafes. There is a shower room, separate toilet and well-equipped, open plan kitchen-dining area as well as a light and airy living room with views of St Michaels Mount. A spacious, lawned garden surrounds the bungalow. Ample parking for 2-3 cars. High speed Wifi throughout. With high ceilings throughout, the bungalow feels light, airy and spacious. The living room is the perfect place to watch the sun set with a wood burner making for cosy evenings. The perfect for relaxing, reading and spending time with friends and family. The garden surrounds the bungalow and chairs and a table are available so you will always be able to find a leafy corner to enjoy the sunshine. The keys will be left in a key-safe ready for your stay and there is a 'Guide to your stay' on my listing. Should you need any help or advice I am available to phone at any time during your stay. The bungalow is just a 2 minute drive from the beach or a 15 minute walk where there is also the well known gastro pub 'The Victoria Inn' and two lovely cafe's. It is the perfectly place to explore the coast with the south west coastal path on its doorstep. Marazion is only a short walk away and Porthleven a day walk. The North Coast is also very accessible, the beaches of Hayle and Gwithian only 25 minutes away by car. There is space on the drive way for up to 3 cars. It is a 15 minute drive from Penzance station or a 20 minute drive to St Earth station where trains regularly run to and from London. The bus stop at the top of the road also has buses that run to Penzance and other nearby towns on a regular basis.
