Country Villa near Sequoia

Nestled among the orange and kiwi farms is this spacious (4,000 sq ft) historic home. Just 5 minutes away is the quaint town of Exeter with it's colorful murals, numerous antique stores and unique little restaurants with a European flare. Her house is perfectly positioned for views to the west for amazing sunsets and to the east for spectacular views of the Sierra Nevada mountains and beautiful sunrises. Only 45 minutes from the entrance to Sequoia National Park. Enjoy your stay. This room only had one bed. The room is downstairs and has a shared bathroom. Very quiet and cool in the summer time. I have two other rooms in my home that are available through Airbnb. You will have access to the downstairs. Gateway to Sequoia national park is 45 minutes from Exeter. Continental breakfast serve yourself. Orange trees and plenty of places to walk and enjoy the openness. I like to give my guests privacy. On occasion I will be at the house and I do enjoy meeting New people. You can usually find me outside watching the sunset. I am always available by phone and messaging. My neighbors are acres away. Very quiet and secluded. We are just off of the 198 hwy. Exeter is 3 miles to town and Visalia is 10 miles. Visalia offers movies, symphonies, art and more. Please drive slowly on dirt roads. The best way to get around is by car. In the summer there is a scheduled shuttle bus that can take you up to Sequoia National Park. I have a massage therapist on call. We do have a dirt road coming into the home. Please drive slow for neighbors. Neighbors are friendly. Please no smoking in the home. I have a basket of slippers for your comfort and my floor. Please be aware that my toilet is on a septic system so I ask no girly products or cotton balls be flushed. That heater is for your comfort. When you leave if you would, turn it down to 68 or off.
