My place is close to Exmouth beach, the cycle track (runs from Exmouth to Exeter) and many family-friendly activities. Bus stop and train station are within easy walking distance. You’ll love my place because of the views over fields at the front (currently with sheep!) and back (horses). We have high ceilings and a cosy feel to our home and the location offers the feeling of being rural while actually part of a thriving village community. My place is good for couples and families (with kids). Large open plan kitchen/dining/living space with corner sofa and piano is perfect for lounging and entertaining in as well as separate living room downstairs. Utility and downstairs shower room are convenient for storing muddy/sandy gear. With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs this accommodation provides amble space for young families. Easy parking for 2 cars on our drive. Bike shed available on request. Lympstone is a lovely quiet village with a real sense of community. It has 3 pubs, a hair salon, a local shop, tennis courts and a sailing club. Villagers are very friendly and happy to help. Cycling from ours is great as we’re very near the cycle path. There’s a bus stop at the end of the road and a train in the village 10 minutes walk away. We also have room for 3 cars on the drive.
