Lovely House/apartment, ideal for a couple or family, with pool, sun loungers & lounge and private outdoor dining area. If you are looking where to stay in Lanzarote while you are on holidays, trainning or even working, Casa Valentin it is your home. Unfortunatelly we cannot allowd outsiders in the property You are more than welcome to enjoy the property. My only wish it’s that you as my guest take care of the property as it was yours.. The swimming pool its shared with 1 more property. You are always welcome to text me or called me and feel free to ask any question Looking for somewhere to rest in peace but close enough to the beach and shops ? TIAGUA it’s your place to stay. The property it’s literally behind the restaurant called - EL TENIQUE - that it’s in the main road. It’s very easy to find it and if not, I’m always available for some extra instructions. If I’m working I have a place where I always leave the keys for your arrival. Also for checking out, in case I cannot make ( like always because of work ) just drop them off where you pick them up. I always leave a welcome pack of snacks for your arrival. Most of you have complain about me not leaving basic food and left overs from other guest, my explanations for it it’s that I just don’t like myself to rent a place and have that left overs from who know who* I’m not sure if I explain myself correctly but it’s simple as being - SCRUPULOUS - !! Some tips guest have asked me to leave for better instructions of the house : Water in the island it’s not drinkable !! Always keep gate close as it’s a private property !! Don’t throw toilet paper in the WC as it can block it !! There it’s a main bin where to throw rubbish bag in the entrance of the parking !! Never leave house keys behind the door and lock it ( we will have to brake the door to get back in ) !! The WiFi of the house it’s poor ( enough to do basic and watch netflix but no download a movie in 10 mins haha )as we don’t have fibre optic ( no because I don’t want it, it’s just because the just starting installing it in the island). One of the best thing about the property it’s the location. It is in the centre of the island and with easy access to mostly everywhere !! There it’s a local supermarket, there its a restaurant 1 minute walk and pizzeria 5 mins walk. Definitely not the best place to party and go wild but if you want some recommendations feel free to ask me ;)
