Three-bedroomed house with communal pool
Our house is located 10kms from the Clermont-Bordeaux motorway; includes communal pool and WiFi, with access also available to main UK TV channels. Wood fire. Fully-equipped kitchen. Large patio and garden. Three large bedrooms (two double beds and two single beds) easily accommodates six to seven people. Located in a quiet part of the French countryside, 3km from the nearest town (with daily supermarket) and 10km from the main motorway linking Bordeaux, Toulouse, Brive and Clermont-Ferrand. Access is to the house (with the exception of the upstairs office space). New Wifi installed in 2019 allows better access to the internet throughout the house and a new TV box has also been installed with access to over 100 channels via the Wifi system. The keys for the house will be available at the house upon arrival (and should be left in the same location at the end of your stay). The house itself is Résidence Hirondelle No 10. Set of ten houses, mainly used as private holiday homes. The area is rural and quiet, located around 3kms from Seilhac (which has a Super U supermarket which is open daily) in an area called Saint Salvadour. The communal swimming pool, renovated in 2017, is around 100m from the house (located between houses No 5 and No 6). The following seven rules apply to all of the holiday homes and the communal area shared by all owners, including the swimming pool area. These rules need to be observed - both by residents and by those renting a property - at all times. 1: Swimming pool - Guests are requested to return the chairs and deckchairs to their original position after usage - Fold parasols after usage and place elastics around it - Glass and crockery is not permitted - Consumption of alcohol is not permitted 2: Household waste - To be placed in the containers near the entrance of the park - No glass in the containers, throwing away at the déchetterie (for which there are two locations, one in Seilhac and another in Saint Salvadour). 3: Traffic speed - Maximum 10 km per hour 4: Grass path (along house numbers 1 to 5) - Only to be used by the owners of these houses and the gardener (in order to remove the garden waste - The path is not to be used as a walking route to or from the swimming pool 5: Camping - It is not permitted to camp on the area owned by the copropriety 6: Drones - It is not permitted to use and navigate drones on the area owned by the copropriety 7: Garden waste - To be placed behind the swimming pool - Separated grass (on the right) and other garden waste (on the left) Taxi service in Seilhac, but people need to have their own transport to avail of the house and the local amenities. Located less than ten kilometres from the motorway (exit Seilhac). Tourist guides and WiFi codes are located in the bookshelf in the living room (on the left-hand side as you enter the room via the door from the hallway). All guides are up to date for 2019. Maybe also of interest is the pizza van which visits Seilhac (car park close to the post office) on Monday evenings and the local market (adjacent) on Wednesdays and Sundays.
