Family friendly beach house with pool, yard & more

This perfect holiday house is a 5 minute walk to public transport, parks, beaches, cafes & shops. Its a 40 minute drive to the city, museums, fun parks, stadiums, Opera House, Harbour bridge etc. You’ll love it for the location, swimming pool, spa, huge level yard & very kid friendly. Great for couples, travellers & families. We also have the option of only renting the downstairs area for $ (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) per night if you do not need the whole house (Upstairs area would be locked) This beautiful home has all modern amenities, inviting and comfortable. You could relax by the pool all day, toast marshmallows by the firepit or play soccer in the big backyard. Its extremely family friendly and wonderful to entertain on the outdoor deck, paved areas. The beach is a 5 minute walk away aswell as cafes, shops and main bus route. There are so many options here to make your stay a fun and memorable experience. As this is our residence, we would be leaving the house in prestine clean condition but some personal items would be left behind but not in your way (clothes etc). Theres great shopping, restaurants, huge skate park, beaches, cafes, parks, cinemas, markets, "Home & Away" bus tours, hiring boats for day trips and plenty more if you go into Sydney city which is only a 45 minute drive away. We have excellent public transport here, the main bus route is a 5 minute walk away. Most places of interest are only a 5-10 minute walk away and the main area of Mona Vale is a slow 20 minute walk away. We hope that you would have an enjoyable, fun holiday with us but we are very strict on noise control. This house is in a family friendly neighborhood and we do not want to upset our wonderful neighbours, therefore no loud partying or loud music is allowed after 11pm.
