Comfortable private room in Via Pinerolo, Pavia City, if you come to Pavia for work or your adventure around Italy includes Pavia, this is the place for you! Please read all the description to understand about my place & remember to introduce yourself. Great comfortable room with a large window and a balcony at the last floor of a small building , two beds, one double and one single with wireless internet, this beautiful blue room will make you feel just like home. The guests are very welcome to use the bathroom, it is also a comfortable one with a bathtub, toilet and washbasin, please don't bring your own towel I got plenty here and please remember to keep it ALL clean! Something that you should keep in mind, I do not accept extra guest for free, please enjoy the company of your friends & family outside of the house, do not arrive with extra people without previews communication. Visits are not allowed. if you are are going to stay for more than 5 days, there is a extra weekly charge not include in the payment for the weekly cleaning of the common areas and your room. As a person who comes from the other part of the world I know how difficult is sometimes to understand a new city, a new country, I will be more than happy (if time allow) to help you to understand the city, if you came for a short time be sure at least to have a half day to visit the city, we have a great river with a wonderful sunset and a train that can take you to Milano in about 30min. I got a lot of interest: Jazz, Museums, Theater, Pop Art, Nietzsche, Dali, Bjork, Portishead, Daft Punk, Mountains, Beaches, Nature, Swim, Tennis, Pizza, Beer, Rain, Snow, Movies, Nutella, and much more! I'm sure we share 1 or 2 of those. Even if the place is not located in downtown, you will find everything you need around here, coffee shops where you can get a nice breakfast, lunch or just a coffee, Pizza places, a little supermarket around the corner, a nice Tailor if you need to do some emergency change to your clothes and a bank is also infront of the building, you will also find a dry cleaning, couple of restaurants even a nice night bar with great cocktails. Please remember if you arrive during the week, you can only do your checking after 20.00 because I actually have a job, this is just an experience for me, and if you do check out during the week you have to leave not after 07.00 during the weekend i'm very flexible with my guests they can arrive or leave on a time convenient for their schedules without pressure. If you arrive by car you will be able to leave the car in the street without cost. There are 3 buses from the train station going to my place zone call Vallone: Bus 4: You will be able to take it at the Minerva Statue (direction VALLONE MAESTA) and it will leave you 200mtrs far from home (bus stop PAIOLA-TORINO) 15 min. Bus 7: You will be able to take it in the square outside of train station (direction PASTRENGO) and it will leave you in front of home (bus stop SOLFERINO) 25 min. Bus 6: You will be able to take it in downtown (the street name is Strada Nuova one of the main streets in Paia downtown) and it will leave you 100mtrs far from home (bust stop SOLFERINO) 10 min. there is also Taxi Serive for less than 10 euros from train station and you will be at home in 5-10 min. I'm very comfortable with people who enjoy just staying in the room in a quiet mood, also I enjoy very much people open to have a chat during the evening, maybe sharing a drink and talk about anything, it is always about the person and how they feel more comfortable.
