Our BHK is having private entry with 2 bedrooms, private kitchen and one bathroom with garden area in front with boundary around. In kitchen you will be getting all the required equipments for you to cook your own dishes and enjoy your meal. Our common laundry area and common living area is on the first floor . *2BHK Private Apartment on Ground Floor with Private Kitchen ( All type Utensils with Gas Chula) and one Private Bathroom. * Private Garden *Common Traditional Living room on first floor ( mostly it is used for work from home) * Big Balconies all around on first floor * Terrace access * Washing machine and laundry on first floor. Those guests who come with their cars we get their cars parked in the local parking area Infront of our small cafe under CCTV vigilance as our property is 90 metres or 2/3 minutes walking distance that's why we don't have any parking area at home.
