Grace Cottage

Grace Cottage is an annex on the side of our home. Access is via a locked side gate and then you will need to cross the main house patio area to get to the separate entrance to the flat. It is set up with the bedroom and living area being in one space, with a mezzanine floor where a single mattress is situated. There is a fully kitted kitchen with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, sink and dishwasher. Shower room with basin, toilet and shower. Grace Cottage is a family friendly cosy space, conveniently located within walking distance of Hampton Court and the market town of Kingston Upon Thames. Good train service into London Waterloo via Wimbledon. Thames Ditton is home to at least six pubs and four restaurants including Indian, Thai, Chinese and Italian all within walking distance of the accommodation. Guests will be left to their own private space, however we are at hand to help where required. Ample street parking is available on the road. Good bus and train services available to surrounding areas Parental supervision will be required for small children as the loft stairs to mezzanine floor (where the single mattress is located) are unprotected.
