Car park underneath and 5 mins walk into newcastle city (just behind the building)...can walk everywhere or drive no more than 10 mins in any direction to a choice of many incredible beaches and swimming holes Walking is super easy as it’s very flat but there are hills you can access to if you want the exercise. Many local hire bike stands around all within minutes walk. Easy to drive anywhere too as there’s very little traffic here. Can also catch the new tram through to Wickham and to connect with Sydney train. (We are a 2.5hr train ride to syd). Takes 30 min to drive to newcastle airport from apartment or about a $40 Uber ride. I have priced this apartment well below going market rate as I'm fed up (as a traveller myself) paying too much for my accommodation everywhere I go. I want people to have affordable options available to them so they can enjoy the lifestyle of penthouse living.
