The 193 m2 apartment has four bedrooms, very large living room/kitchen in open solution and with a veranda towards the sea . Two toilets and the apartment/kitchen is fully equipped. Please note that the calendar is always updated! The sandy beach is just outside the house, and if you do not want to swim in the sea, there is a pool and a garden belonging to the apartment. The apartment has a car place in the garage and apartment complex is guarded / front desk 24/7. If you do not want use the car, the train station is at 5 min walking distance and it takes 20 minutes to go to the Centre of Lisbon or 10 minutes to Cascais centre. Around the apartment there are a number of cafés and restaurants and 5 minutes walking distance is cozy Parede Centre with shops and market for fish, fruit and vegetables, etc. every day.
