The house is in a quiet neighbourhood located alongside the magnificent Albert park, close to James Cook hospital and a short walk to Teeside University and Middlesbrough town centre. Great for couples, sole adventurers and business travellers. The house is in a quiet neighbourhood in a new build but it is still in walking distance to most places you might want to get to. The utility room can be used as a mini kitchen equipped with an induction hob, microwave and kitchen utensils for guests. The washing and machine is available for use too. We are available in the house most of the time to help with any information you need about the area or to answer any questions you might have. There is parking space in front of the house but if you didn’t come with a car, the house is close to a bus stop.
