This is one off the newer houses built with juliette balconies in master bedroom and spacious living room to take in the stunning sea views. The bedrooms are over 3 floors The ground floor bedroom 4 opposite the downstairs wc has Sea views and it's own tv. The kitchen and family room are on the ground floor. Sky Q, netflix prime video in living room smart tv and super fast broadband are provided. Additional smart TV's in bedroom 1 and bedroom 4. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath & on the same floor as the bunk beds in bed room 2 The master bedroom also on same floor king size bed with its own en suite with power shower. Outside the front garden- bench seating area on the patio, a lawn for sunbathing, in the enclosed back garden there is outside lighting and small mobile bbq, outside bar patio table and chairs. Parking is on the driveway enough for 2 cars. Beach View and Sea Escape where it is indicated where is says not safe for those children under aged 2 it is because there are no provisions for babies no baby cot & linen, no baby gates or highchair. Access is via the driveway through the front gate at ground level,. There is a pathway leading up to the front door. The back gate leads the back garden also from the private driveway going into the house via the patio doors. Parking is on the driveway by the side off the house enough for 2 cars There is a lock box for entry to the house, if I am not there to hand you the keys. I am available should you need me by phone or messaging Lovely soft sand beaches, the area is popular with families couples sporty types, fishing on the Pier in front off the house cycling swiming surfing walking are clearly evident. Year round soft sandy beach allows dogs. The area is stunning in summer with beautiful sunsets and dramatic in winter with crashing waves. The house is situated at the end off the promenade directly on the beachfront overlooking the beach and Sea. From the promenade you can walk to some pubs with outdoor seating areas, coffee shops, restaurant's, adventure golf, childrens play areas for different ages, a skateboarding park, Reel cinema, a new lesiure centre and swiming pool which has soft play and a coffee shop. outside adult gym on the seafrount which is on the way to the eateries and coffee shops. To go exploring South Wales from from here it is quick and easy to get onto the M4, The world class beaches off the Gower are only 30 minutes away, you can visit Oystermouth castle on the way there, the Mumbles on the way back and have a Verdis ice cream or a drink in the Pilot with your dog. The Brecon Beacons are easily reachable from here, new Zip World, bike park Wales & the Afan valley bike park, Margam Park 4 miles away with 'go ape', reindeer, outdoor cinema in the autumn, some stunning walks passing historical heritage from the time off the old Margam abbey with views off the sea in the background. South Wales is steeped in history, some romantic medieval castles to explore, waterfalls, in the mountainous areas dramatic landscapes carved out by the last ice age, forests to explore. There is geology history stunning photography fishing in all there is something for everyone. The best way to get about is walking if you are just going to enjoy the immediate area otherwise car is best to go exploring further out. Excellent road links to the M4 and the whole off South Wales can be reached easily from here. Cardiff and Cardiff bay are 30 minutes & Swansea 20 minutes away. Good bus routes, local buses go every 10 minutes from bus stop opposite the site, good railway link directly to Cardiif. No parties If a family get together no blue tac on walls pins put in walls or ceilings no sellotape as this pulls the paint off. No cutlery crockery glassware to be left on the upper flooors Strictly no smoking No more than 2 dogs Dogs should have well trained owners who clear up after them, not to be left alone inside house or go on the beds, if your dogs normally sleep with you please inform me off this and bring your own bed linen for that bed please. As it takes extra cleaning can you hoover house on leaving please.
