A peaceful countryside feel but only one mile from J5 of the M5, ideal as a base for business or pleasure. The Impney Estate is a working estate, privately owned & gated. Whilst guests are restricted from accessing all the estate, there is plenty to explore with lovely walks, cycle tracks and attractions right on the doorstep. Two double bedrooms, one single bedroom, family bathroom with open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area overlooking trees, fields and planted terraces. The apartment has been recently (Summer 2020) painted and decorated with new carpet throughout. Spacious inside, it has a Juliet balcony overlooking the terraced gardens and the patio of the other property we have available to book. Perfect for 4 but the additional single bedroom enables 5 guests if necessary. Motor enthusiasts can enjoy, by prior appointment, a tour of the restoration and prestige vehicle businesses located on site. This part of Worcestershire is rich in rural activities, walks, stately homes and the apartment is very close to the West Midland Safari Park, the Severn Valley Railway and the Malvern Hills (see our guidebook for more information). Additionally with our central location it makes an excellent base for those needing to work away from home. Whilst this apartment does not have its own patio there are bench tables available for guest use in the adjacent gardens. The apartment is all yours to enjoy and we will only visit for your safety or at your request. We also have the apartment below which we occasionally use if it is not booked out to guests. Our other businesses are located within the grounds. Otherwise we are contactable by phone or email if you need us. The Impney Estate has a real countryside feel with fabulous views across to the Malverns. It is walking distance from Droitwich Town centre and two canal networks in one direction and from a really good pub and a Starbucks in the other. There is a railway station in Droitwich Spa with links further afield (Birmingham and Worcester for example) as well as a regular bus service. The Impney Estate is minutes away from junction 5 of the M5 making it ideal for road access further afield, as well as easy access to Birmingham International Airport and the NEC. The Impney Estate is a working estate. The apartments have recently been refurbished for rental and there are others who live and have their home in the same block as both our apartments. The owners of the Impney Estate are very security conscious and guests will be required to provide their vehicle registration details to ensure access.
