Spacious bedroom with double bed, built in wardrobe for storage and to hang clothes. Own bathroom adjacent to the bedroom. In a quiet area of Blacktown close to Eastern Creek raceway, M4, M7, Raging Waters, Sydney Zoo, Blacktown Hospital, 7 min walk to the Workers Sports Club for meals and entertainment and a 5 min drive/10 min bus into Blacktown centre/train station. Off street guest parking. My townhouse consists of a decent sized bedroom with double bed (electric blanket provided if needed), Ceiling Fan (pls note: no Air Conditioning in the bedroom, there is one upstairs in another room and downstairs where either can be used to cool the rooms)...and your own small bathroom adjacent from bedroom, that has a bath/shower and toilet. The room and townhouse provide the basics in a comfortable space. It is convenient for a stopover, work business, weekend event or backpackers passing through for a single or couples traveller. Close to a Sports Club for entertainment and meals. M4 motorway access to the city or the Blue Mountains is a couple streets away. My place is halfway! Also close by is Raging Waters Waterpark and Sydney Zoo. Blacktown is a main train stop on the Western line with numerous trains running to the city or the West throughout the day. A bus stop is 5 mins walk from my place. Woolworths shopping centre for groceries is 5 mins away. I’m a live-in owner with my own bedroom and ensuite. The kitchen and living areas are shared. Also i have kind of adopted a neighborhood cat that sometimes comes inside during the day but never upstairs where the bedrooms are.. Use of kitchen and cooking appliances, own bathroom (pls note: not ensuite, it is across from the bedroom), main living areas where there is a TV and Air Conditioning. Off street guest car parking is usually available. Most occasions i will be living there in my room if im not working. I can arrange pick up drop off to train station if needed. Most occasions will have the basic essentials available such as bread, milk, tea, coffee, juice.. the Woolworths shopping centre is 5 mins away. The house provides handy access to the M4 motorway and Eastern Creek track and industrial areas of Eastern Creek, Huntingwood and Arndell Park. A comfortable and relaxed sports club and McDonalds along with a Woolies and 7/11 2 streets away, all within a 7 min walk. Raging Waters is a 5 min drive. Featherdale animal park and Sydney Zoo a short drive. Bus stop 5 min walk and 10 min trip to the centre and station using Opal card. Uber to centre is approx $10. Please read the House Manual
