Au Villa - Sunset View (Barog, near Kasauli)

A beautiful, spacious, quiet and stylish family home in a safe and leafy neighborhood on a pretty and quiet Himachal Mountain street. Walking distance to Kumarhatti Market, slightly off the old Shimla Highway. This is a newly built property and consists two bedroom with attached toilet-bathrooms & balconies. The upper floor, which is also the entry level to the apartment has an open kitchen, living room, a dining space and access to a massive deck. The Villa is a perfect place for a weekend getaway when you'd like to spend some time with your loved ones without the hustle bustle of a busy city life. It is also a perfect place to be connected with work with our high speed internet, while you sip a cup of your favorite green tea and enjoy the picturesque view that it has to offer. The guests can access the entire Villa but a few cupboards and a storage room that are marked 'private'. There is space for parking one car dedicated to the villa & more cars could be parked safely on the street. Free wifi with 5G high speed connection is available for our guests. We have a washing machine at the villa and there is a charge of INR 500/ per wash cycle for a maximum of 15 pcs of clothing. guests can reach out to me anytime before, during or after their stay to know anything about their booking. The property is located in a quite neighborhood surrounded by forest land behind the property. The deck overlooks the Solan valley with a view of Kasauli & The Manki Point. The Sunset view from the deck is divinely beautiful and melts away the stress & the fatigue. It is also a perfect place to relax & meditate. There's a very beautiful trail down the road to a nearby village that our guests can enjoy. Guests can reach the property by car. Alternatively, they can take a train to kalka/kumarhatti/solan/dharampur and take a cab to reach the property. The porperty is located about 1.5 km off the main Shimla Highway. We also arrange for cabs on special request. The villa is strictly no smoking. It is mandatory for guests to present their Govt ID upon arrival. In case it is found that the no. of guests upon arrival are more than the no. of guests the villa is booked for, the guests will be liable to pay double the charges for extra persons. Outsider/ guests are not allowed to visit/ stay at the property The house will be cleaned once every day between 9 & 11 am. In case guests require additional caretaker's services, following charges apply: Cleaning: 250/ per day (for washing utensils) Cooking assistance: 550/ per day (includes preparation for food - lunch & dinner & washing utensils) Please note that Sheets & Towels are changed once a week for longer stays. In case guests require sheets change for shorter stays, the cost is Rs. 500/ per change.
