IUN P6562 Villa Gea is a characteristic villa, located in the Sos Aranzos beach locality, halfway between the cities of Olbia and Golfo Aranci (about 8 km), distant from the Olbia Costa Smeralda airport about 12 km. Wide spaces and stunning view and position are very appreciated by guests, the beach is just downstairs! It is composed by double living, kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 sea front verandas, parking places and wide mediterranean garden, private access to the sea. Not included in the price (to be paid on the spot and provided by third companies): - Final Cleaning, key delivery (MANDATORY) € 250 per stay. - Electricity / water consumption (MANDATORY) upon meter readings (electricity €0,50 Kwh; water €3 cm). - Bed linen / towels (MANDATORY): € 20 per person per stay - Security deposit (MANDATORY): €2.000 bank transfer before arrival - Late Check-in (after 11 p.m.): € 50 per booking. - Late Check-in (between 8-11 p.m.): € 35 per booking. - Cot/Crib: € 30 per booking. - Early Check-In (before 4 p.m., subject to availability): € 35 per booking. - Baby high chair: € 30 per booking. The villa is surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, overlooking the promontory of the beach of Sos Aranzos, surrounded by the rustle of the wind and the sound of the waves crashing on the cliff below the villa, 30 meters from it. Far from the hustle of city traffic, from the villa you can admire the panorama of the Golfo degli Aranci. Inside the property you can enjoy maximum privacy and privacy. The property has two private access to the sea, one of which is directed to the beach of Sos Aranzos. It has a large outdoor areas, which can be enjoyed widely throughout the day. The proximity to the sea means that the villa is fresh and aired all day. The villa can accommodate up to a maximum of 8 adults and is built on three levels. On the ground floor: a large living room divided into a sitting area with a 43 "satellite TV, fireplace and dining table, two sliding windows with a panoramic view of Golfo Aranci; spacious, cozy kitchen with large fridge / freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle. On the lower level there are three rooms: a Spanish bedroom with two single beds with bedside table, chairs and a wardrobe; Sweden pine room with 2 single beds, bedside tables, chairs and wardrobe; room with bunk bed. The second path to the sea below the house. The villa is single, independent on 4 sides. Most of the villa has wooden ceilings. The whole house is open to the guests, with the exception of an annex depot outside and completely independent, containing appurtenances of the owners. The villa has a garden bordering the sea!! Guests will be welcomed by a Cohost The beach of Sos Aranzos has several accesses. In addition to private access to the exclusive property of the villa, there is a public access via a dirt path that starts outside the property. There are numerous beaches nearby and reachable by car. 8 km the village of Golfo Aranci. 10 km city of Olbia. 5 km supermarket, bar, pizzeria, fishmonger, bakery, restaurant (Bados-Pittulongu) The villa can be reached by private means of transport (car, taxi). The location of the villa is strategic: from it you can reach in 10 minutes the town of Golfo Aranci and its beaches Cala Moresca, Cala Sabina, Cala Sassari, Terza spiaggia. In 5 minutes going towards Olbia you will find the beaches of Bados, Nodu pianu, the pelican, pittulongu. At about 20 minutes drive you can visit the Gulf of Marinella, Porto Rotondo, Porto Cervo, Cannigione, Baja Sardinia. If you need shops and services you can reach them in a very short time in the direction of Olbia or Golfo Aranci. In the adjacent beach you can rent pedalos, jet skis, canoes. The access to the house is through an un-paved road, not suitable for flat cars. Every citizen is required to provide a correct waste disposal, separating all kind of materials in dedicated bins. Each of our homes is provided with its own bins that must be exposed on the curbside at pre-estabilished days and times (usually the night before collection days), according to a provided Calendar that you will find inside the house. Severe penalties are established by the municipalities in case of offense. We kindly ask our guests to properly do collection waste during their stay, also if some garbage remains undisposed the day before check-out.
