Boasting three large bedrooms, this home accommodates up to 6 people comfortably, featuring a main bedroom with queen bed, and the added functionality of both bunk bed (singles) and sofa bed (double) options in the remaining bedrooms. With the spectacular waters of Lake Budgewoi as your backdrop, you’ll fall in love with the property’s sprawling outdoor area, perfect for entertaining family and friends or taking some time out for yourself with a good book and your drink of choice. The outdoor space runs onto a lush, fully fenced yard, primed and ready for kicking the footy around or playing a game of fetch with your four-legged friend. The backyard access to the spectacular Lake Budgewoi makes this holiday home a fishing / boating enthusiast’s dream; and water-sports fans will particularly love the slip way and sea wall. Additional onsite parking is also available for up to two vehicles. The property is just a short stroll from the renowned Wallarah Bay Recreation Club, a family-friendly spot perfect for lunch, dinner or a coffee on the lakeside. When it comes to local amenities and food options, you’ll be spoiled for choice: with Seafood, Thai, Chinese, Italian cuisines all within walking distance, and the local shopping centre and cinema just a 5-minute drive away. Home to a welcoming and family-friendly community, both locals and tourists alike enjoy spending their time on the stunning Lake Budgewoi – whether it’s fishing, boating, water skiing, or simply relaxing with a picnic by the water’s edge. Also offering a wide range of shopping, food and recreational activities, Gorokan is an ideal holiday spot that the whole family will enjoy. The location of this property is exceptional in terms of convenience and accessibility, however we recommend that guests have access to a vehicle to fully experience all that Gorokan, and the surrounding Central Coast, has to offer. Kayaks/Paddleboard: The use of the kayaks is at your own risk. No liability will be taken if they are used. Note: Life vests have to be provided by guests. Lake Access: Please be careful when using the paddleboards. Kids need to be supervised at all times. Pets: Please note that while pets are welcome the backyard is not fully fenced. Fit-out: Our home is a simple, old school lakefront home. We have set it up nicely but its a simple home that has the charms of yesteryear. Noise Policy: We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Any breach of the noise regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit. Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups with travellers under the age of 23 years unless a specific exception has been approved. The home is perfect for mature travellers and families. Supplies: A complimentary welcome pack will be provided that includes several single use items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, milk, soap, laundry, and dishwashing supplies. For extended stays we ask you to remember to bring extra provisions.
