Dear guests, we enhanced our cleaning routine and implemented extra steps in order to reduce the risk of an infection, from offering self check-in to disinfecting frequently touched surfaces. Located 800m from the sandy beach, our place was completely renovated in 2020, offering brand new furniture, luxury mattresses, fluffy carpets and all the needed facilities for a comfortable and pleasant stay. You will be accommodated in a large 2-bedroom apartment featuring AC, TV, fridge and a balcony. The apartment is part of a 3-floor villa located 800m away from the largest beach in Eforie Nord. Two floors are designated entirely to guests. It's a cozy location, offering all the needed space and privacy to each group of guests. The entire villa can accommodate up to 15 people in 2 big apartments, 1 double room and 1 triple room. The location was completely renovated in 2020, featuring brand new furniture, luxury mattresses, comfy pillows, fluffy carpets, smart tv, silent yet efficient air conditioning, large fridge, to make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. All rooms are tastefully decorated with original artworks created by my mother to make your stay also appealing to the eye. Each group of guests has a designated space. There are no shared areas. I am available at your request (in person, via phone, email or text... whichever you prefer). I know pretty well the places and I can provide lots of tips about the area. The sandy beach is 9 minutes walk from the house. The bus to Constanța stops just 100 metres away. Only 500 metres from the house is a market where you can buy groceries and other products. Downtown is also 500m away. Eforie Nord is also a very popular SPA resort in the area. The Balneary Clinique is just 2 minutes’ walk away from my house. Lake Techirghiol where you can experience mud baths is around 1.5 km away. The distance to Constanţa Airport is 38 km.
