The Fig Tree Apartment is a fully renovated two-bedroom property with sea view in the beautiful coastal town of Herceg Novi, perfect for summer holidays or winter vacations due to its proximity to the Orjen mountain, and a great stop on your way to exploring the Boka Bay, Dubrovnik or Trebinje hinterland. Rich with modern, high-quality and stylish details, this apartment is truly equipped to Western standards. Close to the Adriatic road, it offers instant access to the South Adriatic, yet it is calm and peaceful with everything you need for a true rest. Completely renovated to modern Western expectations, the apartment has two bedrooms, and can host up to four guests. It has a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine included, a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, and plenty of storage space. Large windows open to a view of blue and green so that the apartment bathes in natural light. The state-of-the-art blinds can be lowered for complete darkness and silence to help you produce enough melatonine for a deep night's sleep and full rest. Even if it's near the Adriatic road, it is not on the Adriatic road and it is separated from it by block of protected houses and a lots of greenery. This 62 square meters apartment includes one master bedroom, one smaller bedroom with two beds, an open-plan kitchen, a living room, a bathroom and a terrace - and it is at your full disposal. It's our holiday apartment so we will not have a chance to meet you in person. In our absence, a friend of ours can be at your disposal should you encounter any problem. A booklet explaining everything there is to know in order to make your stay pleasant and memorable will be waiting for you as well. The apartment is situated in what is regarded as the centre of Herceg Novi, above the Adriatic road. It's a walking distance to all points of interest in Herceg Novi, just 400 meters from the beautiful Nikole Djurkovica square where you can meet locals at the lovely picturesque green market or have your first morning coffee with a breathtaking seaview at Gradska kafana or Bellavista square. The closest mini-market is just one-minute walk from the apartment. The first beach in downtown Herceg Novi is on 10 minutes walking distance from the apartment. Climbing back up takes 12 minutes but you can take a taxi 20 meters from the beach (2€). Blue Line bus stops just down the street. Opposite the bus stop there is the Central Coach station of Herceg Novi. There are parking spots in the street as well as a bigger parking near the Central coach station. Parties, pets and smoking are not allowed. You can smoke on the terrace.
