Gorgeous outdoor Pavilion for entertaining overlooking established gardens with lounge and outside dining for 6 guests. Equally the beach house is ideally suited to smaller number of guests. Extra large bedrooms, high ceilings and polished floor boards. Tastefully furnished, all high quality linen and towels provided. Kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils. Outdoor Beef Eater BBQ. Note that we are strictly a no gathering, event or party house. We have evaporative airconditioning for summer days and ducted gas heating through out the house during those chilly winter nights. There is a large wood comubustion fire situated in the lounge room. We supply wood for the first 2 nights and the wood/kindling is always stored and stacked under the carport by the kennel. Further details inside on where to obtain more wood locally and delivery information. Alternatively, just send us a message and we can organise. You will have full and sole access to all facilities within the house, no other parties can book other areas of the house. The Adjacent Studio will be available for guests dependent on guest numbers, however will be locked when not in use. Please give guest configurations upon booking. Should the Studio be requested for guest numbers of 6 or under a charge of $100.00 per night for the Studio will apply. The main house sleeps 6 guests. No gatherings, parties apart from booked guests or otherwise discussed with owner. Our House Manager Jo, lives close by and is available should you require anything during your stay with us.
