Beach Haven! We have available a spacious 2 Bedroom Esplanade Unit, in a small complex, complete with stunning pool. Across from the pristine Torquay Beach, and walking distance to fantastic restaurants and shops. Fully equipped for a fantastic holiday for couples or families. Security underground parking for 1 car, with extra street parking if needed. Sit on the balcony and watch the sun go down, or wander along the sands of Torquay Beach and catch the ocean breeze as you relax in Paradise. You will have full run of the unit which is fully self contained. Kitchen comes equipped with Fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster kettle and cooking utensils. The laundry has a washer & dryer, even a vacuum cleaner if required! We live close by and can arrange assistance if needed, there are lots of sites to explore in Hervey Bay and we have left brochures to help you enjoy and discover our beautiful Fraser Coast. You have full use of the complex, garden and a large pool. Of course the beach is across the road too! There is a small garden surrounding the building and a clothes line in the back garden. The unit has a front and back access. We do not live on site, but do reside not far away and are happy to interact with our guests and help wherever we can. Torquay is a beachside area of Hervey Bay, one of the best swimming beaches, close to the Surf Life Saving Club and the area has some fab restaurants. Dan & Stephs (MKR) and Aegean Waters French Restaurant are both within a 3min walk. There is also a small supermarket, fashion shops, loads more dining, post office and hotel close by. A very central part of Hervey Bay, with a small amount of noise from the traffic which I have never felt intrudes on your stay. Walking is so easy to most of the shops in this area. Only a 5mins drive to the major shopping centre of Stockland or the Marina Precinct and about 12mins to the airport. The complex is predominately holiday let, but there is some permanent tenants. We do ask that you respect everyone and their right to a peaceful stay. No parties or large groups will be tolerated as it is a residential complex. Unfortunately, there is no allowance for pets.
