Villa Leone

We are offering for rent a wonderful 2 bed room Villa with lake view in the most beautiful town of Morcote. The villa is about a 15 minutes drive from Lugano city center. We have a private lake access that you can use free of charge. There is one free parking on site. Only little dogs are allowed to stay in the apartment. Final cleaning is included in the base price. When needed we can provide additional cleaning at an extra charge. Hope to see you in Morcote! The Villa has 2 bedrooms with 2 ensuite bathrooms, in addition to this there is a guest bathroom. The living area consists of a living and dinner room connected to a semi open kitchen. The outside area has a covered terrace and a big garden. You will have full access to the Villa with exception to the cellar area. The Villa is surrounded by other villas of its kind, just under the villa with a short walk you can reach the harbor of Morcote, this is where you will also find the private lake access of the Villa. There is also a snack bar attached to the Harbor. The closest convenience store is in the city center of Morcote, this is about a 3 minute drive. There is a bus station in walking distance to the Villa. The bus ride will take you about 25 to 30 minutes.
