The master suite is located on the west end. This bright and open suite has nearly wall to wall windows that open up to unobstructed views of the canyon and mountains. This bright, beautiful room has vaulted ceilings, built in speakers, a 60" flat screen tv with cable & dvd. The large ensuite master bath comes complete with his and hers sinks, separate tub and shower, as well as private water closet. The walk-in custom design closet easily accommodates everything one could possibly travel with & more! On the upper east wing we have two bright bedrooms. Each bedroom features a queen bed, large windows & plenty of closet space. These bedrooms share our quaint jack-and-jill bathroom. The water closet and combined tub and shower have separate & private entry. Also located on the second story is our open loft area which is a lovely place to sit an read a book or hang out and socialize. On the first floor we have our fourth bedroom suite complete with private entrance and luxury ensuite bathroom. This unit also features a queen bed and large closet space. This newly designed ultra luxe bathroom features his and hers pedestal sinks and a beautiful glass and marble roman tub with multi unit shower heads. The downstairs living area is another fantastic place to chill out or spice it up. Bright, open and airy with vaulted ceilings, large windows, two flat screen TVs, built-in surround sound, cable & dvd. On the first floor we also have a private powder room. Our sleek chefs kitchen comes complete designer appliances (double oven, microwave oven, 6 burner wolf stove) over sized refrigerator & freezer, not to mention every imaginable necessity for meal prep, hosting & entertaining. Some added features: flat screen tv in kitchen, built in stereo surround sound, over sized windows throughout, and stunning garden & canyon/mountain views. Choose from two dinning tables with seating for 12 and additional dinning/seating options located in the garden. Our backyard space is vast, elegant and serine. Perfect for tranquil relaxation and meditation or entertainment, cooking and fun in the sun. Our guests speak volumes about our space. Sadly, our pool and spa are currently under renovation and unavailable to guests. Our guests get to enjoy all of the features of this Gorgeous Modern Living space! We look forward to hosting you! We are located within minutes of fine dinning, shopping and entertainment. A short uber or lyft can take guests into town for the Valencia night life or around the corner to family friendly venues such as Chuck-E-Cheese & Magic Mountain! There is plenty of street parking as well as large driveway if needed. Easily travel to Downtown LA or The Westside via the Metro - the Newhall train station is just a few miles down the road. Or if you don't have your own private transportation there are bus stops nearby, or of course one could always order an Uber or Lyft to take you around locally. When you choose book with us, be sure to read our Check-in Manual and House Rules, as we want our guests to get the most our of their stay with us.
