Our Alderley home is comfortable and stylish, spacious and light, well-equipped for guests and is pet-friendly. It is a ground-floor apartment with easy access from the street. It is well located, close to the city (5km), on a quiet tree-lined street. It has amenities including excellent and frequent public transport, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants nearby. And it is close to parks, the Newmarket pool, Bank Street parklands, historic sites and extensive walking, running and bike paths. - Our home has been set-up to comfortably fit up to four people. It has two bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom. It also has a separate 3rd toilet. - Unlimited and excellent quality WiFi. - Only 5km from Brisbane CBD. - TV - Main bedroom has a private ensuite, King sized bed, air-con and large walk-in wardrobe. - Second bedroom has a private ensuite, Queen sized bed and built in wardrobe. - Wooden baby cot (meeting safety regulations, guests will need to bring your own cot sheets and blankets). - Well-equipped kitchen-including electric stove top and oven, microwave, dishwasher, brand new fridge/freezer, extensive cooking utensils, a selection of teas and coffee, coffee plunger. Kitchen basics provided (salt, pepper, oil). - Open plan lounge/dining and kitchen area overlooking courtyard. Air-conditioning in the lounge room cools the apartment in summer. - Fully equipped laundry. - Pet Friendly with a fully fenced and secure yard - Small house trained dogs or cats. - Pets are on application. Please send your request and let us know about your dog (or cat). We allow pets inside, but kindly ask NO pets on sofa or beds. We kindly ask you to please tidy up after your pets as there will be an extra charge if pets mess is left in our garden or excess of pet hair left. Trevor is available if you have any questions or need any assistance It is located in a popular spot for families, close to the City, on a quiet tree lined street, yet close to all amenities including public transport and local shops including supermarkets and cinemas (800m away), restaurants and cafes. It is also adjacent to expansive parks, New-market swimming pool (250m away), the iconic Banks Street reserve, dog parks and numerous walking and bike tracks. The area has many historic houses and Queenslanders, worthwhile exploring on foot. There are frequent buses to the city on Enoggera Road, a few minutes walk from the apartment. Newmarket train station is less than 10 minutes walking. Brisbane CBD is only a 15 minute train ride, with regular trains. Driving to CBD is a 15 minute drive. Numerous cafes, boutique shops and well-known take away chains are within walking distance. Newmarket shopping centre is 10 minutes walk. it has cinemas, Coles, a hotel and a number of boutique shops and cafes. Brookside shopping centre is a 10 minute drive. Brookside has a great range of shops (Coles, Woolworths, TKMax, Big W, Target, BWS, liquor land, Boost). Brisbane airport is 20 mins away. Uber ride around $30. We have a garage for one car but there is also plenty of free off-street parking outside the apartment. We try to always use natural products in our home. The garage is accessible from the rear of the property, it also has an internal entrance to the apartment. It is suitable for small cars only to park in and for drivers that are confident of navigating tighter spaces. There are also off-street visitors parks that you can use and plenty of free on-street parking.
