Wonderfully located in the middle of the Mornington Peninsula's hinterland with a plethora of exquisite Vineyards and Restaurants awaiting your discovery. Close proximity to excellent beaches and bays. Please note as part of our booking process, we require a Guest Registration form to be filled by all guests and require a valid credit card to be included for our records. This is quite separate from Airbnb and is part of our Terms and Conditions. PLEASE NOTE: THE OAKS NOW HAS AN UNFENCED DAM ONSITE Dam is a considerable distance from the house. It is the responsibility of parents of young children for their safety whilst visiting our rural property. 15 Acres in all its entirety will be at the disposal of our guests. We are sure you will of space enjoy the freedom of our property. Sprawl out in the house, spill out onto the decks, explore our garden, or perhaps a hit of tennis on our mod grass court. Please Note: The Oaks has now included an unfenced dam within its grounds. The dam is a considerable distance from the house. Our manager, Janet McLean will be available to check you and your family in to "Leondra" She will be delighted to show you around and answer any questions you may have upon arrival or throughout your stay. Multiple entertaining areas boasting gorgeous views across our sweeping lawns and manicured gardens. Pack a picnic basket and wander down to our ferned creek at the bottom of the property. A well earned afternoon nap perhaps, or challenge friends and family to a set of tennis or game of Pool. Venture beyond our gates and visit any number of nearby Hinterland Vineyards with their award winning Restaurants, Piazzas and Cellar Doors. Montalto, Red Hill Estate, Port Phillip Estate, Jackalope, Paringa Estate and relatively new, Point Leo Estate and Sculpture Park. Boutique vineyards, abound with owner winemakers also in the immediate vicinity. Wine not your scene?, Boutique Bass Gin Distillery and Crafted Beers at Red Hill Brewery, just around the corner. Wonderful locally produced Cheeses at both Red Hill and Main Ridge Dairies, not to be missed. Call in to a Farm gate for freshly picked Strawberries, Cherries, Avocados or even catch a Trout for Dinner. Sandy beaches of Point Leo, Merricks, Shoreham and Flinders, a mere 5 minute drive. Golf Courses aplenty with Flinders, Cape Schank, Moonah links, St Andrews. Horseriding, Surfing, Nature Walks, get lost in a maze, try some tree surfing, the possibilities to have a fun filled family holiday or just relax. Leondra is a property not to be missed. Newly released on the short term holiday market, availability for Spring/Summer and taking bookings now. Our location definately requires the use of a car to fully enjoy the area. Limited Public transport, taxis and ubers are available, but can be unreliable. Please note : Our 4th Bedroom is a Studio Bedroom which is located steps away from the main house. Guests in Studio Bedroom will need to access bathroom in main house via laundry door. Pathway in between studio and main house is well constructed and is provisioned by solar lighting.
