Two Floor, Seaside Stone Villa

This is a 270 meter square villa. It is constructed mainly with stone and wood. There are 3 Bedrooms, a very big living room with a kitchen, two bathrooms and two big terraces with Seaview. Can accommodate at maximum 8 guests. The listing is for the entire villa. There are 2 double bedrooms and one triple bedroom. Also there is an additional single bed in any case. The sofa in the living room becomes a queen bed if you need. Wireless Internet is available. I will be in contact with the guest for any problem they have. Qeparo is one of favorite tourist destinations in Albania. It's divided in two parts, New and Old village of Qeparo. The New village is in the seaside and mainly constructed in 1950 and after. The old Qeparo is 350 metres above the sea level and the houses are constructed in 17th century. There is no parking near the Villa, note that the closest car road is about 300 meters away and you need to walk for 5 minutes to get in the villa. If you are booking our villa we recommend to get your fishing rod with you. In the evening there are a lot of fish around, so maybe with a little luck you will have fresh fish for dinner. :)
