Home sits on over 15 acres of private grounds and includes a private walk-way onto over 1/2 of a mile of private beach. Beautifully furnished, fireplace, and office set up if needed. 4 bedrooms, which includes an open queen suite with an additional pull out couch, and a bonus bedroom (in basement that can act as 5th bedroom if need the space) - 3 bath, sleeps 12 comfortably; please no pets. Wrap around decks on on second and third stories provide panoramic views of the ocean. A truly magnificent home!!!! If you need more space please ask for info on guest house next door that can be made available for additional $150 per night + cleaning fee & taxes. Check out is by 11AM of last day of rental and check in is at 4PM. We will do best to accommodate if that needs to change but on weeks we have back to back renters we need to stick to these times to allow cleaning team to ready place for next renters.
