Entire House 30 second stroll to the Beach

Walk through the door and begin to unwind in this very comfortable 3 bedroom home sleeping up to 6 people located just two doors from the beach. There is ample off street parking, and a large fully enclosed rear yard great for young families. Indented Head is away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Slip on your beach clothes, grab the bucket and spades to spend an idyllic break making family memories. The 3 bedrooms accommodate 6 guests comfortably and guests have access to the entire property. Included in the property is a large, fully fenced backyard with access gate to the carport for easy access to front and back door. There is a queen size bed in 2 bedrooms with a king size single and a single bed in the third bedroom. All beds have doonas, pillows with linen and towels included Two of the bedrooms having built in robes and the other has a clothes rack with ample hanging space. There are clothes hangers in each wardrobe/hanging space. Every bedroom has a ceiling fan. The lounge, has an air conditioner and ceiling fan, a gas heater, a smart TV and DVD player with a small selection of DVD across the age groups. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooking-oven and hot plate, microwave, coffee machine, medium size fridge, toaster, kettle sandwich maker, handheld electric beater and slow cooker. There is cutlery, crockery, salad bowls, pots, fry pans, chopping boards and a roasting dish . There pantry has basic necessities and has ample storage. The bathroom has a shower only with toilet and hand basin. There is a second toilet through the laundry which is just inside the back door. The laundry has a Fisher and Paykel washing machine. A limited amount of detergent, fabric softner and pegs are supplied. At the rear of the property is an enclosed patio complete with outdoor table and seating provided to enjoy your beach barbie. The garage is not able to be used for car storage however there is a carport beside the house to accommodate your vehicle. In the garage there are a few children’s bikes and a scooter but you will need to bring your own helmets. There are 6 small foam boogie boards ( children's size) for the beach. The entire space can be accessed however the only parking available is under the car port at the side of the house, however there is ample parking in the side drive way. The garage is not available for parking. I am readily contactable by both phone and email anytime of the day. Access to the property can be self accessed via a locked box or I may take the opportunity where possible to welcome you . We have left a guidebook so that you can locate where the items are within the house and some information about the areas dining options and family focused entertainment. Take a scenic 6 km drive along the esplanade to Portarlington. Treat yourself to a lovely meal at a variety of eateries, pop into Daniels donuts or the ice creamery for a sweet treat. While you are there don't forget to try the scrumptious delights on offer at the beautiful wood fired bakery. For lovers of golf the Portarlington Golf Course is 4 kms away where you can enjoy a round on the beautifully maintained course or just pop in for a meal, on the weekend take advantage of the courtesy bus. Travel 6 kms in the other direction along the esplanade to St Leonards where you can enjoy a meal or just a drink at the local hotel while gazing across the beautiful bay. There are also many boutique wineries, cafes and restaurant along the Bellarine Penninsula. Surf beaches Ocean Grove, Barwon heads, Port Lonsdale and historic Queenscliff are short drive away. For children or the young at heart there is the adventure water themed park which is approximately a 20 minute drive. Drop a line at the Portarlington or St Leonards pier . There are 2 boat ramps located on the esplanade going towards Portarlington, one at Point Richard and another at St Leonards. In this serene location choices abound. You can choose to do all, some, or nothing but relax away from the hustle and bustle . It is a lovely walk along the esplanade which has several park benches strategically place for you to sit to take in the magnificent views of the Melbourne skyline . Grab a bucket and spade to walk the 100 meters to the beach to paddle, swim, build castles or just gather shells with the little ones. A three minute stroll to the bus stop. Buses travel to Geelong regularly. There is a taxi service if you decided to come over on the ferry from Melbourne. Enhanced cleaning is undertaken according to the covid guidelines as stipulated in Air BNB . As an extra precaution I have a day between the departure/ arrival of guests. Hand sanitizer is supplied. There is no wifi to the property.
