Located in a new residential estate, the newly-built house is surrounded by the beautiful Holroyd Gardens park. You can expect a peaceful and quiet stay in our spacious, open-plan house that is fully furnished and equipped. We will do our best to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible! The house is surrounded by greenery and ponds in the estate community. It is a convenient 8-minute drive away from Parramatta CBD. It is a short 10 minute walk to Merrylands Station and Stocklands shopping centre. There is also a bus stop with plenty of bus routes, less than a 5 minute walk away.
