Huge apartment in historical building in heart of Riga! 2 bedrooms, 2 queen size beds, 4 couches + crib, fireplace and elevator. Very good walking distance from all favorite tourist places. What else to wish for? If you want to find out more, search for Karls Apartments Riga. Apartment is huge. It is located in the heart of Riga. There are two bedrooms with queen size beds. And there are also 4 convertible couches in case you are more people. No problem if you check in very late. Apartment belongs to my parents, I am helping them to rent it out being (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) km away. There is a TV and you can watch Latvian or international channels as much as you like. Internet is very fast - 100Mbit upload and 100Mbit download speed. And nobody cares if you download movies or music online ;) There is one parking space for our apartment in the courtyard, if you need it, don't forget to ask a permit to put behind your windshield. There is a fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, blender and everything else you see in the pictures. There is also a crib for infants, ask my parents for one, in case you need it. There is also a tiny balcony for fearless smokers. If you want to use fireplace, you will have to get your own firewood. No interaction. Only when handling keys or if you have some questions. Old town is in few minute walk (~800 meters). Neighbors are polite and quiet and they expect the same attitude from you. Trolleybus stop is next to house and main train/bus station is in 10 minute walk from from apartment. I speak English, Russian, Latvian and I am learning German, BUT since I am travelling a lot, you will probably not meet me, but my parents. They speak Latvian, Russian, and a bit English, but you can always call me and I will translate everything. If you book apartment between to other bookings, note that you will have to arrive in the evening and check out in the morning so apartment can be cleaned properly between bookings. You can check in from 3pm till 2am, as long as you tell us approximate arrival time.
