The apartment "Ap Uno" is part of a large villa in a lovely lake Bracciano and Martignano district just 30km North of Rome. There is a pool shared by 4 apartments. The apartment opens right into the large garden and is made of a en-suite bed room of 30 sqm with a large double canopy bed and a single bed. The living room has a comlete kitchen corner, a dining corner and sleeping sofa. The apartment is recently refurbished and has an elegant atmosphere with chosen paintings and is cozy and comfortable. Our guests have their own private entrance and parking. The owners live in the same villa and are available to resolve any problem, to give information or simply to have a chat if you like! This extremely peaceful and green lake area is popular for doing excursions to Rome by the nearby train, visiting the huge number of interesting sights and relax on a lake beach or enjoy the peace of our garden and it's incredibly beautiful views after doing tourism. In the area you will have the possibility to visit hundreds of very interesting historical sights and enjoy the holiday atmosphere of the lakes where you can go swimming, sailing or sunbathing on one of the charming beaches. We will give you directions for how to move around, finding your way to the best restaurants, the train station, to the lakes and to all the exiting places that will surprice you in this area. After seeing the most famous sights in Rome we suggest you take trips to some of the incredible historical sights outside Rome like " Villa Adriana" or " Ostia Antica" and many other smaller, hidden and misterious places with ruins left by the Etruscans, the Romans or from the middle ages. Places that are extremely fascinating.
