Tullaburra Farmstay and horse agistment is a 40 acre property situated in Durham Lead, 20 minutes south of Ballarat and only 8 minutes to the beautiful township of Buninyong. Watch the sun going down on your own private deck overlooking the farm life, listening to the kookaburra's and abundant birdlife. Come relax and enjoy the farm life in our unique Tiny home with big living. We also cater for horse owners, with nightly agistment starting at $20, Discounts available for longer stays. Tullaburra Tiny Home offers guests a cozy and comfortable stay with a rural outlook. There is a queen sized bed up in the loft, accessed by a rustic but super sturdy ladder. (Please be mindful you must be reasonably fit and comfortable at heights to access the loft). The ground floor provides a very comfy leather sofa that houses an innerspring double bed for 2 adults. The well-equipped kitchenette has everything you need to cook your light meals with. A gas hotplate cooker, cookware, cooking utensils, cutlery, dishes & silverware, microwave and even a full size fridge/freezer, ready for your stay. Complimentary coffee, tea and sugar is provided. Our bathroom facilities follow ecologically sustainable principles, septic toilet, hand basin and shower (gas heated for hot showers). In Australia's severe climatic challenge of bush fires and drought, we help to save the environment by conserving water. If you're using your own soap, shampoo, tooth paste, we ask that you bring biodegradable ones so that the grey water runoff does not harm the environment. Thank you. Outside there is BBQ facilities and your very own private bluestone firepit to relax and unwind.
