The Song Of Nature Guest House

We have a lovely small three bedroom house available. We are situated between Glengarriff and Bantry County Cork. The nearest shop is 10 minutes away from our place by car. The nearest villages are Glengarriff and Bantry. Bantry offers lovely restaurants and shops and also a swimming pool, gym, golf course and many more. Glengarriff also offers a nice forest and a spectacular sculpture garden. A visit to Garnish Island is also great. The guest house is located right next to our house. NO DOGS! Our house is available to visiters up to three people. Attention: the stairs in the house are quite steep. We recommend the house for young or middle aged people! It is not suitable for small children. ***Electricity will be charged separately Our guests can access our garden and if they like they can ask me or one of my daughters to take them down to the stone beach. All facilities and seating areas in the guest house may be used. we like to give our guests space but we are always interested to hear about our guests journeys, experiences and adventures if they like to share. The atmosphere is very calm and quiet. We do not have many neighbours. This place is perfect if you want to enjoy the quite and listen to the birds sing. The view is beautiful. The deep blue sea and mountains are right in front of your eyes. The best way to get around is by car. Services such as bus etc. are not good. Our place is at a idyllic location, surrounded by nature. Unfortunately our Wi-Fi is very weak. It is a quiet and beautiful place but is not suitable for guests without a car except for hitchhikers or hikers. The nearest shop is 10 minutes away by car, however to walk there takes around 1.30h. If you wish to visit the nearest cities Cork and Killarney please note the travel times: From our location to Killarney it takes around 1h30 From our location to Cork it takes around 1h30- 2h00 depending on traffic. We ask guests to respect our check-in and check out time. We are maybe open to make a change by request but please get in contact with us before.
