Modern house in a very quiet street close to Pocklington town centre with lots of cosy pubs , wine bars and restaurants within reach , The Kp club is a 15 minute walk away as is the church transport maybe available if the venue is a little further away. The house backs onto the Yorkshire wolds and the wolds way , York and Beverley are half hour away by bus 20 minutes in a car , the Yorkshire coast ,Filey included is 30 miles away . Our house is in a quiet part of pocklington close to the kp club and the town centre All guests have full use of kitchen and summer house along with hammock on the balcony We like socializing but if the guests want their own space that's not a problem Very quiet area but close to lovely countryside and pocklingtons town centre There is a good bus service into York and Beverley or hull ,most venues are walkable from the house but there are a few taxi firms locally as well ,for the more energetic there is excellent cycling as it's on the route of the tour de Yorkshire Check in is flexible and lifts to nearby locations could be arranged Could all guests please read house rules .
