CIRACCIO APARTMENTS | The Terrace

The Villa has been recently converted into three independent apartments equipped with all comforts. They are located within the calm neighbourhood of Ciraccio, a short walk from the seaside. Local bar, patisserie, grocery store and wine shop are within walking distance along with restaurants, pizzeria and two of the most suggestive beaches of the island: the one of Pozzo Vecchio and the beach of Ciraccio. A bus stop for the line C1 is only a few meters away from the house. “The Terrace apartment” is a very romantic and intimate place furnished with antique furniture, stylish accessories and art from the local artists. The apartment features an open plan kitchen/living room with a sofa-bed, a spacious bathroom and a beautiful double bedroom with balcony with views of the island of Ischia and the sea in the distance. All basic equipment is included along with Wi-fi, air conditioning, TV and washing machine. The villa has a private courtyard and the apartment access is via a flight of stairs. Max capacity - 4 people. I will be there to welcome you and always available to help you discover what Procida can offer and to suggest activities, restaurants, places and so on. A bus stop for the line C1 is only a few meters away from the house making the apartments well connected to the harbour of Marina Grande where all the ferries and hydrofoils from Naples, Pozzuoli and Ischia arrive. In the apartment you will find bedsheets, towels, maps, guides and other material about the island.
