This cosy studio, with fantastic views of farm and woodland behind, is self contained with it's own entrance door, it's own bathroom, lounge and office areas. Easy reach of Henley (3 miles), Reading (4 miles) and TVP. Breakfast included. Recently reopened Bottle and Glass pub/restaurant next door. The driveway has ample space for parking. Please park on the right hand side, close to the studio door. There are brilliant views out the back of farmland with great walking routes. The studio is one minutes walk from the charming Bottle and Glass Pub/Restaurant, and five minutes drive from the award winning Loddon brewery where you can sample their ale and other local products. A vast office space for working. A newly fitted log burning stove to keep warm in winter. A large lounge area with comfortable sofas. TV with Chromecast - BBC iPlayer, Channel, BT Sport, Now TV, Netflix, Spotify, Youtube and Chrome are available. Fully equipped with plates, cutlery, kettle, halogen oven, fridge, toaster, microwave and tea and coffee. To make things easy we have a local property manager available should you have any questions or need anything. What's included? Shiplake train station is 5 minutes drive away. I can offer lifts into Henley and Reading depending on times. Check in from 4 pm and check out at 12 pm unless otherwise arranged.
