The Clover House Manor is a historic and spacious home perfect for guest visiting our town and the local National Parks. Our home was built in 1908, The Clover House Manor was built for John G. Kirkman, who brought the railroad to Exeter, CA. We are in walking distance to restaurants, murals, shopping and more! The Manor has four suites: one on the first floor with an en suite bathroom, and three on the second floor- one with an en suite bathroom and two of which utilize a shared bathroom. One of the rooms has a small bedroom attached to it with a twin trundle bed, perfect for a family with children. This room has a double door to close for privacy. Our kitchen is perfect for cooking family dinners if you choose to stay in for the night. We also provide a charcoal BBQ outside. There is a small office off of the living room and dining room, with doors for privacy. There is an upper patio deck to enjoy, a comfortable living room to socialize in, and a beautiful dining room. When booking the full property, guests have full use of the laundry facilities, the kitchen facilities, and use of the large backyard, including the Manor's yard games. There is parking available on site along with street parking. We have an office on the second floor. The office has a private entrance but it is necessary to enter the back door of the house to access this. If it became necessary for us to use the office, guests would be notified prior to our arrival. One block away from the heart of town. Many restaurants and antiques adorn this charming town. Take a walk around town and view the many murals that share the history of this area. A mural map is available at the museum downtown next to the fountain park. Bus stop to outlying cities a short walk from the Cloverhouse Manor. Uber/Lyft options available. We have an office on the second floor.
